CCTV Surveys
Drainage structural problems are not always clear to see. Now with sophisticated CCTV equipment surveys from 40mm to 2200mm diameter pipes, culverts and other underground structures, there is little need for confined space entry into the sewer network to fully ascertain the structural integrity of any foul, storm or combined sewer network.
Our CCTV equipment allows our engineers and subsequently our back-office team to record and report every inch of the line/sewer in question. Our back-office team will generate a full report utilising the latest WINCAN software, all of our reports will be sent through via our WINCAN Web links.
Laser Profiling
AWR Groups Laser Profiling system offers our clients significant benefits over conventional CCTV condition surveys. This state-of-the-art system gives precise information and data about the shape, capacity, ovality and deformation. It supplies our engineers with in-depth reports regarding corrosion, debris levels and accurate pipe measurements enabling informed decisions on pipe integrity and rehabilitation programmes.
Laser profiling is carried out at the same time as a CCTV condition survey. The laser profiling unit is attached to the remote-controlled robotic crawler camera. It them projects laser light as the camera moves through the pipe.
The Laser profiling system’s software then builds a digital pipe profile by digitising the laser ring into 180 radial points between 25 and 30 times a second. The data can be viewed in real time, or recorded.
High Volume Jet Vac Cleaning
AWR currently operate a fleet of jet vac tankers ranging in size from 18 tonne, 26 tonne, 32 tonne, articulated, which allows us the ability to operate on major highways or in the middle of a field, AWR Group utilizes an extensive fleet of high-volume jet vacuumation units capable of delivering sewer cleaning solutions for every application.
This vast range of vehicles means that AWR can always ensure that the appropriate Jet Vac Unit is sent to site to ensure that the job is undertaken and conducted quickly, efficiently and safely.
All units can be utilised in a number of applications, not limited to drain cleaning, gulley emptying, wet well cleaning, septic tank emptying and interceptor emptying to name but a few.
All waste removed is transported under our environment agency waste transfer licence to an approved disposal site.
Blockage Clearance
Our engineers are experts at unblocking drains and getting things running again quickly and efficiently.
Whatever the blockage, no matter where it is, we are available to respond with the very latest drain unblocking equipment 24/7, 365 days of the year.
Drain pipe lining
AWR Projects Group Ltd offers a wide range of solutions to restore structural integrity to damaged drainage runs no matter the size and pipe work material without the need for disruptive excavation or in an area where excavation is not possible.
Cured in place liners, is a cost-effective way of dealing with fractures, water infiltration, in-growing roots, voids and other structural defects in drains, sewers and pipes. The main benefit is its simplicity; we apply fresh lining to the inside of the pipe so it is fully restored. The pipe’s capacity remains the same, with flow characteristics often improved by the new, smoother surface.
